How does the 14-day trial work?
Your 14-day trial runs on the plan you choose at signup — no payment information required. Add a card before the trial ends to continue without interruption.
Why is tax included in the displayed price?
Panamanian ITBMS (7%) is required for goods and services sold within Panama. Invoices itemize subtotal, tax, and total separately for your records.
Can we move between tiers?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Members and assets that exceed a lower tier remain visible but new additions are gated until the count fits.
Do you offer annual billing?
Annual is the default and represents the displayed price. Monthly billing is available at a 20% premium.
What payment methods do you accept?
Veylor Reserve is billed through Tilopay (Panama). Cards processed in USD. Bank-transfer arrangements are available on the Family Office and Bespoke tiers.
